Alice

One of the hardest, and personally ambitious, projects I've ever undertaken.
I don't usually do interpretations of other people's works, mostly because I worry I won't do them justice, but obviously Alice in Wonderland is so rich in imagery I finally couldn't resist trying.
I wanted as much detail as possible, so it's a much bigger piece then what I usually do.
I started with the Chesire Cat, as a part of a TAFE assignment, but of course I wasn't able to stop there.

Not featured; the mock turtle, the gryphon, the walrus and the carpenter, the duke of hearts, the pig-baby and probably much much more. But for the sake of time and space I decided to let them go.
